Margaret provides conscientious work ethic and continues to be accessible for the residents. Coleman has a welcoming personality, hard working, and always finds a way to put a smile on your face. Tucker, Richard, and the residential service team have always provided exceptional work when completing services! I am very appreciative of Hawthorne and their exceptional employees for always going above and beyond for their residents. Truly "LIVING IT" here at Lake Heather.

Extraordinary leasing professional! We decided to go with another property better suited for our situation; however, I would be remiss if I did not highlight Bria's superb customer service. She ensured all our questions were answered and not once made me feel as though I was a nuisance. Furthermore, Bria followed up with new specials as applicable.

The absolute best apartment complex! This was my first ever apartment and let me tell you… I did very thorough, intense research and explored many different options in the area but I knew when I came to Hawthorne, this was going to be my home. It checked all of the boxes for me. They made the process so easy and welcoming. I was nervous because I always hear horror stories about leasing agents at apartments but every single one of the agents at Hawthorne at Lake Heather are gems! With the sweetest, most fun personalities and a genuine care for the residents. They go out of their way to make sure everything around here is running smoothly, and they constantly have a great open energy that eases all of your stresses when you interact with them. As well as the maintenance team. They are always consistently doing great work and working hard to make sure any issues get fixed. They are quick, precise and respectful. As far as the community/environment goes; it’s a nice, quiet, active community. I’ve only had great interactions with my neighbors when we cross paths. There is always people walking, kids playing, doggies on leashes, cats in windows and best of all…you can hear birds singing and you’re surrounded by trees. The nature trail, the car wash/vacuum, the pool, the coffee bar in the clubhouse, gym, tennis court, playground, computer cafe, etc… it’s all worth it. I will recommend Hawthorne at Lake Heather to anyone and everyone!!

We absolutely LOVE IT here at Hawthorne at Lake Heather. 💕💕 They go above and beyond to make you feel special!!! We received a goodie bag upon moving in. Also we were given a hand written card welcoming us to the community. The office staff Michelle, Margaret & Caleb are always organizing events such as movie nights, special things for Mother and Father’s Day activities etc. Their communication with the residents is top notch!! The maintenance staff is awesome!!! Richard, David & Tucker work hard and when we put request in, they are completed in a timely manner. Other than needing to wait for certain supplies to be shipped ( because sometimes things nowadays are on back order) they are super fast at responding to our requests. The entire staff is very friendly and the residents are as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further!! 💖💖💖

My daughter lived in HLH for much of last year. I have never seen a more attentive apartment complex in my life! Maintenance was always prompt. And the office staff was constantly coming up with ways to reach out to the residents with activities and opportunities to get together. It’s a nice quiet area and the people there care.
